At Zjessp (accessible via https://zjessp.com), these are the terms that govern your use of this website and every purchase made through it. We have tried to write them in language a person can read rather than in the densest form the law permits.

Buying clothing you have not handled involves a certain amount of trust on your side, so it is worth knowing where you stand before you order: what happens if an item is out of stock, what happens if a price is wrong, and what we are and are not responsible for once a parcel leaves us.

1. Overview

By browsing this website, creating an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancel & Change Order Policy, and Payment Methods, each of which forms part of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not place an order.

2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who is. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method presented. We sell to customers with a United States delivery address only.

4. Products

We sell ready-made clothing held as stocked inventory. Product descriptions, measurements, and images are prepared with care, but display calibration varies and colors read differently on different devices. Flat measurements are published as stated on each listing, and small variations within normal garment tolerances are expected. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any listing, and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been packed. If an item sells out after you have ordered it, we email you the same day and refund that item in full without waiting for you to ask.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. A change in price never affects an order that has already been confirmed. Where a listing shows an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfill it at a price that was plainly wrong, and we will tell you exactly why.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy rather than a completed contract. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your offer. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, where a delivery address falls outside the regions we serve, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. Any payment taken on a declined order is refunded in full.

7. Payment and Authorization

All payments are processed through the PayPal payment gateway, which is certified to PCI DSS standards. We accept PayPal balance payments as well as debit and credit cards, and a PayPal account is not required to pay by card. Full payment is taken at the time of ordering. Orders are single one-time charges: we do not operate subscriptions and we do not store payment credentials. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the method presented. 8. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are issued under our Return & Refund Policy to the original payment method. If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us at support@zjessp.com before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. Most billing questions are resolved within a day or two once we can see the order, whereas a formal dispute locks the funds while the processor investigates and slows the outcome down for you. Where a dispute is opened, we cooperate fully with the processor and provide the order and delivery records they request.

9. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, based on the delivery address and the rates in force at the time of the order. The tax amount is shown before you confirm payment.

10. Shipping

Shipping regions, rates, the order cutoff, packing windows, and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Where a delay has defeated the purpose of an order, we will cancel and refund it in full even after dispatch.

11. Returns and Cancellations

Return rights, refund timing, and the prepaid label we email on request are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Cancellation and change windows are governed by our Cancel & Change Order Policy page. Both form part of these terms, and placing an order means you accept them.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to submit false order or payment information. We may suspend access where any of these occur.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, layout, and the Zjessp name, is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written consent. Notices of claimed infringement are handled under our DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.

14. Third-Party Links

Our pages link to external sites, including carrier tracking pages and PayPal. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or connected with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.
